Freelancer will create fully functioning ratings website for a specific service and transfer it to site owner. The website will need to include the following functional elements:
Registration page for site users
Addition of people to be rated including their name, company, position
Quick ratings of a smile or a frown
Quite ratings review page
Ratings page with a more thorough "star rating" (5-star, 4-star, etc.) with comments
A page that summarizes a person who has been rated and their ratings and gives an average rating based on the ratings provided
A way to search for a person who has been rated
Update a rating page
A way for admins to review ratings comments and delete the comments if needed, but keep the star ratings.
A payment and subscription page that will allow monies paid to be provided to site owner.
A way the site owner can waive the subscription fee from time to time.
The freelancer will build the site to be hosted on Wix (preferred) or GoDaddy and will make sure it can be transferred to site owner and is working before receiving final payment and, if applicable, bonus.
The website will probably be hosted on either Wix or GoDaddy.
