Our law office is growing fast and we’re searching for a full-time legal intake specialist to help us succeed! You’ll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls, emails, and messages from prospective clients in their time of need, screening, and surveying for potential causes, and helping our lawyers manage their meetings. Responsibilities:
• Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics
• Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood
• Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth
• Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency
• Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files
• If you smile when you answer the phone
• If you’re an amazing scheduler with a sickening degree of attention to detail
• If you’re very good with calendars, e-mail, spreadsheets, word processing, and the internet
• If your middle name is “No Drama” – but seriously we will consider you if it’s not
• If you are an awesome juggler of tasks and can change gears quickly
• If you take pleasure in following up with potential new clients who do not retain the firm at the time of their consultation because you give a sh!t about them and the fact that we CAN help them – THIS IS THE JOB FOR YOU

Qualifications:
• Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy
• Background in the legal industry preferred
• Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus
• Sales or customer service experience highly valued
• Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills
