we are planning a redesign of a WordPress website.
The Photoshop files for the new design are already available. We are now looking for someone who can convert the Photoshop design into a well-functioning WordPress theme. The theme must be compatible to
a) WP Bakery Pagebuilder
b) Polylang
c) WP Rocket
d) NinjaForms
The theme must be responsive design (as seen in the Photoshop files), including desktop view, smartphone view and tablet view. The design of the pages must be created with WP Bakery Page Builder.
In addition, the theme should have a good page loading speed.
Initially, the theme is to be integrated with only the pages seen in the Photoshop designs into a fresh WordPress installation provided by me.
In order to view the Photoshop design, we require a signed NDA (with postal address), which we attach.
