We are a full-service Internet Marketing firm, specializing in business and marketing automation through Keap/Infusionsoft, Integromat, and Zapier.
Must work hours that overlap 12 PM – 9PM PACIFIC time (UTC -7).
We have a web development component to our operations. We work 100% with WordPress. The bulk of my web team is on the other side of the world and work during the night (US time). Quite often I need someone who is available for projects and immediate work during our working hours (Pacific time). The proper candidate will have extreme proficiency in the following plugins and services, as these are our primary ‘tech stack’ as it relates to WordPress:
– Avada Theme
– Gravity Forms Pro (including integration with payment services and Infusionsoft)
– WooCommerce (including InfusedWoo – Infusionsoft plugin)
– Revolution Slider
– InfusedWoo (integration with Infusionsoft)
We also use TeamWork as our project management and Slack as our company communication tool. We conduct in person via Zoom, if necessary.
Knowledge of how to use Infusionsoft, Zapier and/or Integromat would be great, but not required.
I have a good team, so the person that I’m looking for now MUST work during US Pacific timezone hours so that I can have communication with you and have you work on projects while the rest of the team is asleep. You will be responsible for working at the direction of my Dir of Tech who is overseas. He oversees the technology projects.

The perfect candidate will have a solid working knowledge of all of the tools I just mentioned and be able to jump in during the day and take care of miscellaneous issues I may have and/or take over bigger projects from my team as they end for the day and you start.
Expert communication with the team is critical.
You must be self-motivated and be able to just ‘handle things’ … I can’t micromanage what you are doing. I want someone who can take the job and run with it, but also not be afraid to ask questions if something is unclear. Forward thinking and making suggestions on things we can do to make a process better, would be fantastic.
I have worked with my existing team (all freelancers) for over 8 years, so I like to have long-term engagements with my team. We are looking for the same with this position for the right person.
You must be dependable … meaning that you are available on a regular basis/daily to work on any available projects, and once you start a project, you must finish it (unless it carries over, in which case you can pass it off). Most projects can be completed in less than an hour or two.
We are looking for a regular contributor to the team who can be a long-term part of our team.
