This will start with 5-10 hours per week, and gradually increase to 30+ hours per week if it works for us. It is important that you are able to eventually go "full-time" and for long term.
We are looking for somebody to assist in straight-forward, easy support tasks and communication. The support tasks would be making small edits to wordpres, wix, and shopify account. NO CODING EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED. We only use user-friendly themes, and builders. Some examples of these edits might include:
– Uploading products or editing existing products on shopify or wordpress (titles, photos, price etc.)
– Copy and paste team member bios given to us from clients for their website.
– Fixing typos
– Changing images
– Updating settings in wix, wordpress, shopify.
– Rearranging sections on pages
– adding new, simple pages.
We are also looking for somebody who can offer assistance with social media support. Facebook, instagram, linkedin. This would include posting content, engaging with followers, exporting analyics. If you have basic skills in Canva.com that will be useful.
Any experience with the Adobe suite is a bonus. Adobe Premier Pro (video maker).
Must be comfortable using email, our support ticket platform, and google sheets.
Hourly Range: $5.00-$10.00
