Hello,
My Squarespace website is almost ready, and I need a second pair of eyes to edit and hone in the message + to create 1-2 landing pages extra if need be. I have the branding, and I know my customer really well, so this should be a smooth project.
If all goes well, I will probably need you to build sales funnels for specific services.

Who is Andra Vaduva?
I am a People-First advocate and Founder and CEO of Hiboo.ai, and I focus on creating psychologically safe environments for women and underrepresented groups. Through my work, I empower organizations and individuals to improve engagement and belonging and lower attrition.
My North Star mission is to enable 5000 global companies to create trust with their employees. I aim to impact 100K women founders and employees worldwide to speak up with confidence and attain equitable success.
Services:
(1) I work with (women) founders to help them understand their customers, create segmentation, grow month-over-month and raise their first angel, VC check, or run a successful crowdfunding campaign.
(2) I offer growth marketing services to entrepreneurs and Fortune 500.
(2) I work with leaders ie: CEOs, People/HR Leaders to empower them to create psychologically safe environments through workshops and online courses.
I also run a startup hiboo.ai outside of this website, which I’d like to incorporate into the messaging.
