We are a company of YouTube experts looking for a Twilio expert to help us set up an effective scenario for our cart abandonments and thus increase the sales of our online training.
Our Twilio account is already created and we already have a phone number. We use Thrive Cart as a checkout. We have implemented an automation in Active Campaign to carry out cart abandonment reminders by email and we also want to do it by SMS.
Our needs :
Create a phone number recognition system. Indeed, our customers register via a squeeze page. They are asked to leave their phone number. But many of them do not encode their number prefix. It is therefore necessary to be able to recognize the number and add the prefix if necessary.
Set up a reminder scenario with 2 SMS reminders that registrations will soon close and insert the link (URL) to register. This URL must be customizable for each person via Active Campaign. Twilio integrates with Active Campaign natively.
