I need someone experienced in fixing failed contact forms in WordPress that uses Exchange Online 365 for email delivery.

The contact form on my WordPress website is not working and I need it to be fixed.
We use Microsoft 365 Exchange Online for emails.
I have access to 365, WordPress and our DNS.
Can you teamviewer into my computer now and fix it?
