Someone to create successful campaigns on email that drive business profits and can deliver an excellent email marketing campaign series, perfect for our customers, that will take them further into the funnel and grow sales.
Main tasks are:
Campaign planning, scheduling, & management
Audience segmentation
Mapping & optimizing the customer journey
Build an abandon cart campaign on mailchimp
Implement Upsell, downsell, & cross-sell campaigns
Lead generation & pop-up A/B testing
Revise our campaign for expired customers (people that have unsubscribed)
Increase CTA for current campaigns
And more of your ideas on how to better optimize our email channel on mailchimp!
It will be important for you to understand our business and buyer persona, look into our current metrics, segment our email list based on VIPS etc and create different segments/email campaigns for different segments. Deciding how to segment out our email list will be based on your recommendations and ideas/expertise after auditing our mailchimp account. We have an email list of 150,000 people in the wellness self-care beauty space but haven’t really optimized our mailchimp or done segmenting/targeted email campaigns so we are looking to revamp our email marketing strategy!
We are a monthly box and our products change every month — would love your creative ideas on how to do our monthly email newsletters as well — we can attach a recent email audit of our mailchimp account so you can see what our current metrics are. Open rate is OK at 20 – 30% but click through rate is low! Would love to consult an expert in the email marketing field!
