I have an application that has complex payment flow requirements, including a need to have payments flow to many sub-merchants, sort of like Upwork escrow system, and need help identifying a solution to use for integration to achieve this.
I have a development team, so we don’t need help with the implementation, looking for consulting and R&D support.
