***CREATING A TIME ESTIMATE***
In the video, I mention that you will need to create a time estimate as part of your application process. To do so, follow these steps:
1. Open the spreadsheet
2. Go to File — Make a copy and click the Copy button
3. Fill in the Low Hours and High Hours for each row plus any rows that you add.
4. Click the Share button and change the sharing settings to "Anyone on the internet with this link can view"
5. Paste the spreadsheet URL into the screening question.
