I need someone to create a online quote builder for my clients. It needs to be user friendly on a mobile device.

I would like your advice on what platform we should do this on. Some potential options i can think of are;
-Forms software (eg Jotform, Calconic etc)
-Spreadsheet (Excel or google sheets)
-Ecommerce website (We use squarespace currently for main website)
-Custom build
-Smartphone app
It would be good to have a system that we can improve and adjust rates etc.
Hourly Range: $12.00-$25.00
