I am interested in building small web application for online learning- as well as the mobile app to go it. This is for educational – driving licence.
it should have learning areas where the study materials are uploaded. written materail or videos tutorials
the businessrequirement are:
Users need valid subscribtion to access materail. some of the materials will be free for use and most need paid subscription.
it should allow useres to login and revise material and answer multiple choice revision quiestions offline using phone or tablet. once back online all progress within the app should uploaded directly to the dashboard, so that the user can track their progress.
