I was referred to you by my business coach, Karin Rozell.
I have a Squarespace website.
I worked with Karin and following her Happy Little Practice system, I updated all the copy on my website.
The updates went well, but subsequently, the website lost all of the design elements it formally had. I would love a do-over.
I am also having issues with the Get Started page. I used to get fairly regular bookings. However, a couple of months ago, I had it changed so the application came up first before payment and scheduling.
What I am finding is that I seem to be losing clients. In other words, people will fill out the application but don’t follow through with payment or scheduling. I renamed the "application" to "questionnaire," and took off one question asking if they were ready to "invest in themselves" It didn’t seem to make much of a difference. So, maybe the questionnaire needs to be after payment and scheduling, again, However, maybe there is something you can do to make the potential client’s experience a bit smoother.
Third, I am going to have my headshots taken again. The current headshots I have are five years old. I wanted to wait to contact you once I had new pictures, however, the photographer I would like to use is currently unable to book any sessions until Spring. Are you able to work without the updated headshots?
