Need the attached graphic design to become a website. I am not familiar with whether or not WordPress is the best option but I know the website needs to by dynamic with the login button changing colors when scrolled over alerting users to select it. Once that button is selected the website needs the ability to connect with another application thru integration. There should be a livechat connection for support.
This is a time sensitive project. The website needs to be up and online by March 11, 2022.
The domain is purchased and ready for use.
