Are you an amzing VA, assistant who can take over processes with ease, even refine them?
We are looking for an assistant superstar who can assist us with the admin and management of our podcast.
Some tasks include:
– Video and audio editing
– Podcast Management
– Content (create summaries, notes, scrips, transcribe)
– Assist our SM manager (SM Marketing and Engagement)
– Review emails, send out emails (outside of our automated emails for late arrivals, reminders, feedback requests etc)
Other Skill sets:
Graphic Design (Podcast covers etc)
Web Design through WordPress with Elementor (to ensure site is up to date)
Podcast platform ANCHOR.fm to upload podcasts etc
You will need to have a clear grasp with English, spoken and written.
